Quaestiones disputatae Sancti Thomae Aquinatis Doctoris Angelici, De potentia Dei, De malo, De spiritualibus creaturis, De anima, De daemonibus, De angelis, De veritate, et pluribus aliis Quaestionibus, ut in tabula continetur (Lyon: Guillaume Rovillé, 1586) .

The various disputed questions argued by Thomas Aquinas represent his most mature and involved thought. The publisher of this edition, the scholar Guillaume Rovillé (active 1545-1604) stands at the apex of printing in Lyon. (Unhappily, this Notre Dame example of Rovillés' work is water-damaged and eaten by worms.) Guillaume edited the works he published, and he owned his own typeface, sub-contracting the printing to others. This edition is free of apparatus, offering only a table of the questions and articles at the beginning. A handwritten ex-libris on the title page indicates that the book was once owned by the Dominican convent of St. Raymond of Peñafort in Barcelona (see catalogue n° 61 and n° 64).
