Fatima Aleksandrovna Salkazanova (b. 1942, Moscow, Russia; Russian: Фатима Александровна Салказанова) is a Russian-French journalist and a broadcaster who worked for Radio Liberty/Radio Free Europe from the 1960s through 1995, and then, until her retirement in 2007, for Radio France International. Salkazanova grew up in Moscow and Norilsk. After immigrating to France in 1963, she studied Russian literature at the Sorbonne before joining Radio Liberty. Salkazanova frequently published articles and reviews under the pseudonym Ekaterina Kazanskaia in the émigré journals Kontinent and Russkaia Mysl'.

The collection consists primarily of more than 100 broadcast scripts and over 50 broadcast recordings for a variety of programs (e.g. Panorama, Mir za nedeliu, Za i protiv, Chelovek i obshchestvo, Vokrug Sveta, etc.) made by Salkazanova while working for Radio Liberty in Paris and Munich. Also present in the collection are original unedited recordings of Salkazanova's interviews with such prominent Russian cultural figures as Elena Bonner and Natan Eidelman.
