The book has a contemporary tooled leather binding over boards with metal clasps and resting bosses; the inside covers bear pastedowns of an earlier liturgical manuscript with musical notation. This giant folio choir book contains propers for several special Dominican feasts, including St. Raymond of Peñafort (23 January, fols. 29v-30r), The Crown of Our Lord (In festo coronae Domini, 24 April, fols. 67r-68v), St. Thomas Aquinas (7 March, fols. 51r-54v), St. Hyacinth (7 August, fols. 117r-121r).
